Meet Your Hosts!

HELEN JONES, NUTRITIONAL THERAPIST & WELLBEING COACH

With a history of PMS, PCOS, infertility, adrenal fatigue, hypothyroidism and now perimenopause, I know a thing or two about the effect hormones can have on our physical and mental health.

My personal hormone journey led me to the College of Naturopathic Nutrition where I studied for 3 years. It was here I learnt to heal myself and balance my hormones using nutrition and lifestyle therapy - plus a few targeted supplements.

I’m now passionate about sharing that knowledge with other women, so they don’t need to suffer unnecessarily. I believe hormones are our superpower and if we support them in the right way, we can feel amazing – no matter what stage of life we are at.
