About Your Host

Helen Jones is a Registered Nutritional Therapist and Wellbeing Coach specialising in helping women uncover and address the root causes of fatigue, hormonal symptoms, digestive issues and feeling ‘not like themselves’ in midlife.

After experiencing her own health struggles and being repeatedly told everything was ‘normal’ Helen retrained in nutrition and now combines evidence-based nutrition, lifestyle medicine and root-cause investigation to help women regain energy, clarity and confidence in their bodies again.

Her approach looks beyond symptoms alone - exploring the interconnected role of hormones, gut health, blood sugar, stress and nutrition in how women feel physically and emotionally.
