Health Without The Hype:
What Actually Matters
(And What You Can Stop Wasting Your Time On)
Wednesday 18th March 2026 7pm-8pm
Lost & Found, Knutsford
Ready for some REAL talk about health?
Another week. Another “miracle” fix.
Liver detoxes, juice fasts and parasite cleanses. Viral diet trends, biohacking gadgets and “must-have” supplements.
Health advice has become loud, overwhelming and expensive.
Yet the things that genuinely improve your health are far simpler than you’ve been led to believe.
In this straight-talking, evidence-based session, Registered Nutritional Therapist Helen Jones cuts through the noise and refocuses attention on what actually drives results.
You’ll discover:
The non-negotiables your body actually depends on
Why chasing the latest “hack” can leave you stuck
Which social media trends you can confidently ignore
The one or two shifts that will make the biggest difference for you
How to build an approach that works in real life
No extremes. No gimmicks. No wasted effort.
This session is for anyone tired of conflicting advice and ready for clarity.
You’ll leave knowing exactly where to focus your effort — and what you can finally stop worrying about.
There will be time for Q&A at the end.
All attendees will also be invited to book a complimentary 40-minute Health Discovery Session the following week to explore their personal priorities and next steps.
This is a free event as part of Knutsford Health & Wellness Week.
Booking is essential as places are limited.

Helen Jones, Registered Nutritional Therapist & Wellbeing Coach
I specialise in supporting women who are experiencing low energy, mood changes, weight gain, hormonal symptoms, digestive issues, or who simply aren’t feeling like themselves.
Using a personalised blend of nutrition and lifestyle therapy alongside gentle mindset coaching, I work closely with clients to uncover the root causes of their symptoms and support the body back into balance.
I also offer a range of functional testing, including blood tests, hormone profiling, gut health analysis and food sensitivity testing, to help clients gain deeper insight into what is really going on beneath the surface.
